KIPP Minnesota is excited to share with our families about an amazing opportunity for a FREE on-campus health screening on Friday, May 17. We at KIPP Minnesota aim to promote the health and well-being of our Grade K-8 students. The free health screening will be conducted by local medical professionals with the purpose to proactively identify any potential health concerns that could impact a student's ability to learn and succeed in school.

The free health screening will include Hearing, Speech, Occupational Therapy (OT), and Physical Therapy (PT) checkups.

KIPP Minnesota will ensure all screenings are conducted with the student’s best interest in mind, while respecting your decision regarding your student’s health. If you do not want your child to participate in the free health screening, please submit this online Health Screening Non-Consent form below by Tuesday, April 30. If this form is not submitted, we will interpret your non-response as full consent for your child to participate in the health screenings.
